Curzon Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd was established to undertake new property development and investment projects in Mauritius and the wider region. The directors are capitalising on long established local and international experience and expertise to bring these projects to fruition. Curzon Mauritius is driven by both internal and external equity together with development finance being sourced from new and innovative providers.

Curzon Smart City is an ESG inspired scheme which will be sensitively developed adjacent to almost 1km of unspoiled natural coastline. Impressive public spaces will be seamlessly mixed with attractive workplace environments for local and international communities, while residential developments will showcase the spectacular coastal landscape that surrounds it.

Several other schemes are in planning which include a luxury safari lodge and a low density uplands boutique hotel and high value residences set around a wellness centre.
