JONATHAN KELL
Construction Director – Curzon Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd

Jonathan has over 35 years’ experience as a construction professional in numerous varied sectors and in the delivery of often large and complex construction projects. Having worked for many years in senior management and holding UK Plc Board positions as Commercial Director and Managing Director, he has spent the past 10 years as joint founding Director of a successful UK real estate development business and as Construction Director for Curzon Holdings. Jonathan is responsible for delivering all construction related activity in Mauritius.

NIGEL BROWN
Planning and Technical Director

Nigel has over 30 years professional experience as a Chartered Civil Engineer and Transport Planner in development projects. He is the former owner of Peter Brett Associates and MD of PBA International. He has been responsible for projects in Mauritius since 2005.

Chand Bhoojedhur
Director and Financial Controller

Chand Bhoojedhur has over 25 years experience in financial control, accounting, client relations and business administration. As well as past experience in trade and shipping, Chand has now worked in the real estate sector for over 10 years. Chand is responsible for Curzon’s Port Louis office and manages our key relationships with our banks and the local authorities.

Finance Director

Javier is a strategic CFO/COO with over 20 years’ expertise in high growth and dynamic companies, with considerable experience in taking start-ups from seed investment through to acquisition. Javier continues to serve as advisor to a number of boards and has been actively involved with the Curzon Mauritius team for over 5 years.
