Curzon Smart City is an intelligently-designed village for living and working in the beautiful island nation of Mauritius. MASTERPLAN

Curzon Smart City has been carefully designed to feature six distinct zones, each one contributing to an overall sense of balance and harmony. On the western side of the development is the Village, a hub of commercial amenities, civic facilities, purpose-built work environments and apartments, with a services zone at its southern perimeter. Moving east towards the coast, two residential zones will comprise Uplands residences and Parklands residences, while lining the shore, an international hotel and residents’ beach club will showcase spectacular sea views. All zones will be neatly linked by tree-lined paths and drives, while low maximum building heights throughout will ensure Curzon Smart City sensitively interacts with the stunning natural landscape of southern Mauritius. 


CURZON VILLAGE

The Village will form the vibrant heart of this high-quality new development, with a focus on beautiful public spaces, retail opportunities and world-class civic amenities. Designed around a central plaza, the Village will incorporate offices, business facilities and apartments, while a fashion hub, cinema, bowling alley, branded restaurants and coffee shops will contribute to the bustling community feel. 

 
 

Gentle low-scale buildings throughout the Village will include courtyards and tree lined esplanades, while open space for events, markets and festivals will be seamlessly integrated. A purpose-built innovation centre, networking hubs and rent-free inducements will attract new ICT, pharmaceutical and fashion start-ups to the Village from around the world.

Apartments will be located on upper floors at the perimeter of the village, allowing homes to overlook parklands, plazas and public spaces, while also retaining panoramic views of the long, looping coastline. 


RESIDENCES: UPLAND AND PARKLANDS

East of the Village, two spacious and distinct residential zones will feature a mix of properties and villas for local residents and the international market. Elevated on natural rock terraces, these properties will enjoy long coastal views and private gardens.

Uplands residences will be situated on the northern side of the scheme, while Parklands residences will lie to the southern perimeter of the development. Both low-scale zones will engage naturally with the surrounding landscape, and enjoy convenient access to both the Village and beach facilities.
